WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS BREAD :

For the dry Ingredients :

Flour : All purpose flour is what you need for this bread. It will give best results

Cocoa powder : Use unsweetened cocoa powder for creating the richest chocolate flavor.

Baking powder : It will help this delicious bread rise in the oven

Banking soda : It works best in conjunction with an acidic ingredient. In the case of banana bread, this may be buttermilk, brown sugar, molasses or the bananas themselves.

Salt : it help to enhance the flavor of the other ingredients.

For the wet ingredients :

Bananas : Always use overripe bananas for banana bread. Because they have more flavor and natural sweetness.

Peanut Butter : Use a smooth peanut butter for this recipe. It makes easier to whisk with the wet ingredients.

Canola Oil : It will make the bread more moist. You can use vegetable oil also.

Eggs : act as a binder to hold the ingredients together and giving the bread structure, give a rich flavor (from the yolk fat).

Sugar : Use light brown sugar. The molasses in the brown sugar deepens the flavor and makes it even more delicious!
