SUPER MOIST AIR FRYER BANANA MUFFINS

Air fryer banana muffins are easy to make and serves as perfect snacks, desserts or breakfast. The entire kitchen smelled wonderful. I use brown sugar and cinnamon powder for this recipe. If you have not tried air fryer muffins, you are truly missing out. If you have a chance to try this recipe, you better try this. They are soft, moist, and absolutely delicious.

I just bought Air Fryer last week and I was curious how to make a cake or muffins using air fryer. Are they dry, hard and etc? That’s always in my mind. So I tried this easy and simple recipe with air fryer. And you know what? I was surprising with the result, it was so soft and fluffy for a couple days. So I made these muffins until three times with air fryer. So happy with the results.

If you don’t have Air Fryer, don’t be afraid. You still can make these muffins with oven. I will write on the note recipe how to bake these muffins with oven.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR MAKING THESE MUFFINS

. All Purpose Flour or Cake flour

. Bananas : use bananas with a lot of black spots, because they will make your banana muffins sweeter.

. Brown sugar

. Canola oil

. Baking powder

. Baking soda

. Large egg

. Vanilla extract

. Cinnamon powder

. Salt

HOW TO MAKE BANANA MUFFINS WITH AIR FRYER

In the medium bowl, beat egg and brown sugar until fluffy.

Add in vanilla extract, canola oil and bananas. Beat until well combined.

Sift flour, salt, banking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder into the egg mixture. Mix well with spatula.

Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Transfer the muffin cups into the Air Fryer basket.

Set the Air Fryer temperature until 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F and cook them for 8 minutes. (every Air Fryer has different time)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ripe bananas
  • 50 gram (1/4 cup) Brown sugar
  • 1 Large egg room temperature
  • 50 gram (1/4 cup) Canola oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 125 grams (1 cup) All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • In the medium bowl, beat egg and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in vanilla extract, canola oil and bananas. Beat until well combined.
  • Sift flour, salt, banking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder into the egg mixture. Mix well with spatula.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Transfer the muffin cups into the Air Fryer basket.
  • Set the Air Fryer temperature until 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F and cook them for 8 minutes. (every Air Fryer has different time)
  • After cook, let them cool on the cooling rack.
  • After completely cool, serve and enjoy your muffins!!

Notes

Note :
- Every Air Fryer has different instruction, some Air Fryer has to warm up first before you use like you use oven.
- I use Tefal XL Air Fryer for cook these muffins.
- If you want to bake these muffins. This is the instruction : Preheat your oven 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F and bake them for 20-25 minutes.
