CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BREAD

This easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread recipe will definitely be one of the best banana breads you’ve ever heard. Full of rich banana, chocolate, and peanut butter flavors. You won’t be able to eat just one slice of this moist and delicious Banana bread!!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams (1 cup) All purpose flour
  • 25 gram (1/3 cup) Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 (1 1/2 cup) Bananas mashed
  • 80 gram (1/3 cup) Peanut butter
  • 100 gram (1/2 cup) Light brown sugar
  • 100 gram (3/5 cup) Chocolate chips
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chip and chopped roasted peanuts for sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 170 degrees C or 340 degrees F, line your loaf pan with baking paper
  • In medium bowl, mix together all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder with the whisk and set aside.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork until they’re smooth.
  • Add the light brown sugar, canola oil, eggs, and peanut butter into the bananas and beat with the stand or hand mixer until well combined.
  • Add vanilla extract into the bananas mixture and beat until mix incorporated.
  • Add the half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and beat until all are combined. Then you add the rest of the dry ingredients again and beat until there are no more flour streaks.
  • Add the chocolate chips into the batter and mix with spatula. Don't over mix
  • Pour the batter into 12x25x7cm or 9x5x3 inches baking loaf pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped roasted peanuts. The chopped roasted peanuts is optional, you can change with almond or walnut or you just add peanut butter on the top.
  • Bake the bread for 55 - 60 minutes (depends on your oven). Check using toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread, if comes out clean means your bread is already done.
  • Let cool the bread on the cooling rack and removing the bread after it's completely cool. You can serve and enjoy the bread.
